One of Britney’s former bodyguards , Fernando Flores, has filed a sexual harassment lawsuit against her.Fernando accused the pop star singer of repeatedly, parading around of him in the nude and having sex in front of him.He also claims Britney, caused him an emotional distress by having violent quarrel, wiith her boyfriend in front of her two children.
The lawyer of Britney Spears did not comment, but a lawyer for her ex-husband, Kevin Federline, called this case “baseless”, according to some papers field in LA Superior Court, Mr. Fernando Flores alleges that Britney Spears made repetead, unwanted sexual advances on him, and summoned him, to her room, to expose her naked body.Fernando also claims that he witynessed the pop star singer punish her young sons, with his belt and act inappropriately in front of them.
Mr Federline’s lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, told The AP that Mr Fernando Flores’ accusations had been looked into before the legal action was filed and warranted no action, and he added his client took allegations of abuse, or wrongdoing regarding the former couples children seriously.Mr Kaplan said:”He is satisfied that the allegations are a product of economic motives. They are as baseless as they seem.”Mr. Fernando Flores who worked for Ms Britney Spears from February to July this year, also accuse his security firm employers of the ignore or mocking his complains over the pop star singer alleged actions.
